bh99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the bh99 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bh99 platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bh99 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. bh99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with bh99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. bh99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point and to close or suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bh99 operates a strict minimum age policy and will close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All gambling activities on bh99 must be undertaken by the registered account holder personally.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or associate of bh99 or any of its affiliated game studios or payment providers, where such relationship may create a conflict of interest.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account with bh99. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited and will be closed. Any winnings accrued across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at bh99's sole discretion.

• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number at registration. This number is used for account verification, SMS security codes, and password resets. You are responsible for keeping this number active.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bh99 login credentials — your mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bh99 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify bh99 support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization or that your password has been compromised.
• bh99 reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any point in the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and when suspicious account activity is detected.

bh99 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your bh99 account or any accumulated balance to any other person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bh99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bh99 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no minimum balance requirement between sessions. bh99 does not charge a fee for deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges; bh99 has no control over third-party provider fees.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. You may not withdraw to a payment account that is not registered in your name. bh99 may require you to verify ownership of the payment account before processing a withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad wallets is 5 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. bh99 does not guarantee processing times during periods of exceptional volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• bh99 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies equally to all players regardless of withdrawal amount.
• Players are responsible for any tax or duty obligations that may arise from winnings under the laws of Bangladesh. bh99 does not provide tax advice and recommends that players consult an independent financial adviser regarding their individual obligations.

bh99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward financial fraud. Any account found to be engaging in fraudulent deposit activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment reversals initiated under false pretences, or use of payment methods not belonging to the account holder, will be immediately suspended and all associated funds frozen pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bh99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion on the bh99 promotions page.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) multiplier is specified on each promotion's individual terms page.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per promotion per registered account. Where bh99 detects that a player has created multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus multiple times, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonus funds forfeited.
• bh99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed the associated bonus, bh99 will honour the wagering requirement on funds already credited.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Depositing with a specific payment method (for example bKash) may be required to qualify for certain bonuses — this requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion's individual terms page.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through arbitrage, staking patterns designed to generate guaranteed profit regardless of game outcome, or any other practice that bh99 determines to be abusive bonus play, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on bh99 are supplied by independent, certified game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing bodies. bh99 does not influence game outcomes and has no ability to adjust RNG-determined results.

• In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, bh99 will void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's account balance. bh99 is not liable for winnings that would have accrued had the malfunction not occurred.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the supplying studio and is available on request. bh99 does not modify the RTP of any game and publishes the studio-certified RTP where available.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change without notice. Bets accepted before an odds revision will be settled at the odds prevailing at the time the bet was accepted. In-play bet acceptance is at bh99's sole discretion and may be suspended at any time during a live event.
• bh99 reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that an error occurred in the publication of odds or game information, or where the integrity of a sporting event has been compromised. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bh99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities. This list is illustrative and non-exhaustive.

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tool to interact with bh99 games, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes. Any use of artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is also prohibited.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or bypassing responsible gaming limits set on another account.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, match-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events covered by bh99's sports betting service.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the registration process or at any subsequent point when bh99 requests identity verification or source-of-funds documentation.
• Accessing or attempting to access the bh99 platform through unauthorized technical means, including but not limited to attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the bh99 software or infrastructure.

bh99 employs continuous monitoring systems to detect patterns of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bh99 may permanently ban the implicated account(s), report the matter to financial intelligence units, and take such other action as is appropriate under the circumstances.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately and may not be increased within the cooling-off period specified at the time of application.
• Time-out periods: You may request a temporary time-out from your bh99 account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you will be unable to log in or place bets. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the expiry of the selected period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bh99 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any bh99 content without prior written consent from bh99.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bh99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if bh99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bh99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bh99 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

bh99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bh99 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered account holders via the contact details held on file.

Your continued use of the bh99 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting bh99 support.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bh99's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally through bh99's customer support team should be submitted in writing to bh99 via the contact details published on this site. bh99 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable under Bangladesh law.
